New Password Reset Option for Parents
Rockwood Technology is offering a password reset feature for parents. Instead of calling the Rockwood HelpDesk for a new password, you may enter an email address that can be used by the system to send reset information. Find out what parents need to know.
Students, if you are unable to log into Infinite Campus due to an expired or incorrect password, please follow these steps:
Enter your username (part before the @rsdmo.org in your Google login)
Enter your current password
REQUEST INFINITE CAMPUS PORTAL ACCOUNT - Parents
Parents will need an Activation Key to establish a Campus account for system access. If you completed an Online Enrollment, you will receive an email from Portalhelp@rsdmo.org with your Activation Key. If you completed a paper enrollment at your child's school, you will receive the Activation Key from the Secretary or Registrar.
Although we make every attempt to respond to all service requests within 24 hours, please allow up to two school days for a reply to your request.
Changes have been made to the Infinite Campus Messenger to resolve the issues with email delivery earlier this week. Please ensure firstname.lastname@example.org is an allowed sender in your email program. Thank you for your patience.
